NAI Sun Vista is a leading Commercial Real Estate Company and is looking for a Commercial Property Manager Assistant Craigslist Albuquerque. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Craigslist Albuquerque Essential Functions
* Prepare bulk mails and correspondence, write reports
* Manage multiple databases and shared sheets, including data entry and analysis
* Keep property files, including information about tenants, bank, lending, and vendors.
* Digitize financial reports and distribute them monthly
* Keep audit spreadsheets up-to-date and send timely reports to Property Managers
* Assist with tracking and utility billing
* Attend meetings, take notes and submit reports
* Maintain, audit, and update the Property Management Key Books
* Scanning, copying and other record archival, both digitally and physically
Craigslist Albuquerque Minimum Qualifications
* MS Office Proficiency
* Ability to communicate professionally and take direction.
* Must have the ability to multi-task industrial electrician and problem solve, as well as critical thinking skills.
* The ability to work both independently and in a group, with or without supervision
* Willingness and ability to adhere to safety and dress codes
Preferred Education and Experience
* Possesses a New Mexico Real Estate License or is currently able to obtain one
* Knowledge of commercial realty contracts, including listings, leases, purchase agreements, and any addenda.
* Knowledge of FileMaker databases and mapping/demographics programs.
* Knowledge of commercial construction, and/or service management
